Over the past year, Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services (IPAS) has been conducting a survey project regarding individuals employed in settings that pay commensurate wages under section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act. As a part of this effort, an online survey has been developed to compliment information gained from on-site interviews.
Indiana’s House Democrat Caucus released their 2015 Legislative priorities today. Among the presented issues was a focus on improving salaries and wages for Hoosiers.

As part of this change, each interested entity will be required to submit a completed provider application packet for review and approval. |
