FSSA Public Notice Regarding the Renewal to the Child Mental Health Wraparound State Plan Benefit11/20/2017
In December 2017, the Indiana Family and Social Service Administration (FSSA) Division of Mental Health and Addiction Youth Services (DMHA-Y) intends to submit a proposed renewal to the Child Mental Health Wraparound (CMHW) State Plan Benefit to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for consideration. The CMHW renewal will be available for review and public comment beginning on November 15, 2017 by accessing DMHA-Y’s Policy and Procedure page (http://www.in.gov/fssa/dmha/2765.htm).

News and Announcements (home page) Taxonomy codes for rendering providers not required on claims (November 17, 2017) Rendering provider linkages erroneously end dated in CoreMMIS (November 17, 2017) The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have asked the National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disability Services (NASDDDS) for insights into where providers of intellectual and developmental disability services are at in terms of compliance with the HCBS Settings Rule. In order to answer this question, NASDDDS has set up an anonymous, very basic 3 question survey asking providers how they perceive their services are meeting the HCBS regulation. The survey will not track who is answering, and answers are due by COB on November 27, 2017. All providers are encouraged to respond.
